Employers are required to provide and pay for all necessary medical/chiropractic care for employment injuries. You are entitled to reasonable and proper medical/chiropractic care to cure or relieve effects of work-related injuries or diseases. You may utilize care by Doctors of Chiropractic, Medical Doctors, and surgical, nursing or hospital facilities. You have the right to select the physicians or facility that will care for your injury or illness. All work-related injuries must be reported to your employer within 30 days of your knowledge of its occurrence.
Q: If I am injured at work, can I see a chiropractor?

A: No. You have the right to choose who treats your injury.
Q: If I don’t see the doctor my employer tells me to, can I lose my job?
A: No. Contact the Labor Board to report any such treatment or activity.
