Our office is a certified workers’ compensation provider. Our staff is trained in handling your case.

It is your right to select a doctor of your choice.

Problems such as low back pain, pinched nerves and carpal tunnel syndrome are treated successfully in the chiropractor’s office. Employers are required to provide and pay for all necessary medical/chiropractic care for employment injuries. You are entitled to reasonable and proper medical/chiropractic care to cure or relieve effects of work-related injuries or diseases. You may utilize care by Doctors of Chiropractic, Medical Doctors, and surgical, nursing or hospital facilities. You have the right to select the physicians or facility that will care for your injury or illness. All work-related injuries must be reported to your employer within 30 days of your knowledge of its occurrence.

 

Q: If I am injured at work, can I see a chiropractor?
A: Yes. The law provides that chiropractic care be covered under workers’ compensation.

Q: Can my employer stop me from seeing a chiropractor?
A: No. You have the right to choose who treats your injury.

Q: If I don’t see the doctor my employer tells me to, can I lose my job?
A: No. Contact the Labor Board to report any such treatment or activity.

Q: How does chiropractic treatment work?
A: Injuries that involve the spine, shoulders, arms and legs are the most common injuries.
